When I initially purchased the gift card, I didn’t realise it was a virtual card for online use only. The young lady the card is intended for is being given a trip to the academy as a birthday surprise & I wanted her to have a gift card to spend while she’s there. I contacted customer service to explain my predicament & they were only too happy to send me a physical card and it arrived today in this lovely presentation box.
